Consultation

- Schedule a site visit

Budgeting
- Site meeting with estimator & designer for photos and measurement
- Finalize quote, obtain approval, and receive deposit to move forward

Planning & Design
- Meet to discuss your vision, goals, needs, and budget
- NOVERO to provide preliminary costs
- Schedule a site visit

Pre-construction
- Apply for permits, e.g. structural, building, electrical and/or plumbing
- Conduct site test, depending on project scope, and site team walk-through
- Secure engineering sign off if needed
- Final round of estimating based on confirmed design details; move to contract sign off

Construction
- Review project steps and milestones, e.g. demo, crew, electrical work, permit inspection process, etc.
- Conduct structural inspection to ensure all areas are to building code
- Foundation and framing
- Electrical and plumbing
- Interior finishings, e.g. flooring, cabinetry, paint, doors, countertops, fixtures, etc.
- See project progress with site visits and receive communications throughout process
- Change orders provided throughout the construction process if required

Completion
- Wrap up with final touches and clean up
- Complete walk through together to ensure you’re fully satisfied, and discuss any deficiencies/warranties
- Conduct final inspections
- Final payment and complete project
